H.R. 3790 at 212 Cosponsors
Thanks to the hard work of providers, associations and industry
advocates nationwide, H.R. 3790, the bill that would repeal DMEPOS
competitive bidding, passed the milestone 200 mark last week and
how stands at 212 official cosponsors. That moves the bill closer
to a majority of supporters in the House of Representatives and
raises its chances for action.
But there’s still work to be done. If your representative has
not signed on to the bill, HomeCare urges you to ask for
his or her support.
Competitive bidding impacts all HME providers, not
just those in Rounds 1 or 2.
