HomeWell Franchising Announces Growth Highlights
BURKBURNETT, Texas—HomeWell Franchising LLC, the franchisor of national nonmedical in-home care provider HomeWell Care Services, announced its growth highlights for the first half of the year. The company said it surpassed last year’s franchise development pace across numerous key growth metrics.
The company noted the following growth achievements during the first half of 2026:
- 26 new owners signed, surpassing a record-breaking pace set in 2025
- 17 new agency openings through the second quarter, matching last year’s record mid-year total
- Total of 30 new territories awarded, including four through expansions
- $88.4 million in system revenue, an increase of approximately 12.4% year over year
HomeWell said it also expanded its geographic footprint through new franchise signings in Hawaii and Idaho, extending the brand’s reach into two additional states.
“The results we’re seeing from the first half of the year reflect continued demand for quality homecare and the overall health of our franchise network,” said Casey McCleskey, chief financial officer of HomeWell Franchising. “Just as importantly, we’re continuing to invest back into the system through technology, partnerships and owner resources that strengthen our agencies over the long term.”
HomeWell said it is remaining focused on equipping agencies with the practical resources they need to differentiate themselves, strengthen referral relationships and better serve local families.
“Our role as a franchisor is to give our owners what they need at every stage of ownership,” said Crystal Franz, CEO of HomeWell Franchising. “The momentum we’ve built through the first two quarters of 2026 is a testament to the incredible work our franchise owners are doing in communities across the country. We’ll continue building on that momentum by providing the support they need to operate more efficiently. When our owners succeed, more families benefit from the compassionate, high-quality care that defines their agencies and our brand.”
In late July, HomeWell also launched its partnership with Trella Health. Trella helps agencies identify referral opportunities, better understand provider relationships and works to strengthen outreach across the care continuum. By giving HomeWell locations deeper visibility into their local healthcare markets, the platform supports more informed business development strategies and fosters stronger relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, home health providers and other healthcare organizations.
