Home Care Medical, Inc. Announces Contract with Trilogy Health Plan

NEW BERLIN, Wis. (May 5, 2014)—Home Care Medical, Inc., one of Wisconsin’s largest providers of home medical equipment, clinical therapies and medical supplies, reached an agreement with Trilogy Health Plan as an in-network provider for its new Medicaid HMO health insurance members in Southeastern Wisconsin.
