Fastrack Buys Billing Company

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. — Fastrack Healthcare Systems announced it
has acquired 11-year-old Prometheus Group, a billing and technology
management service for HMEs, physicians and sleep labs based in
Newnan, Ga. The acquisition will establish a billing division for
Fastrack.

“Adding the Prometheus team to Fastrack is very exciting as it
will allow us to offer even more services to our clients,” Spencer
Kay, Fastrack president and CEO, said in a release. Prometheus
employees in Georgia, South Carolina and India will remain with the
new Fastrack division.
