CMS Proposes Rule on Anti-Fraud Measures

A proposed rule released Friday by CMS sets out plans for
implementing some anti-fraud provisions included in the Affordable
Care Act, AAHomecare reported. The rule,
CMS-60280P, “appears to include proposals on additional
provider screening requirements, application fees for providers and
suppliers and compliance programs,” the association said. Comments
are due to CMS by Nov. 16.
