Brightree Acquires Strategic AR

ATLANTA (Jan. 13, 2014)—Brightree LLC, the leading provider of cloud-based clinical, billing and business management software solutions for the post-acute care industry, announced that it has acquired Strategic AR Solutions, LLC, a provider of private-pay billing and collection solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Strategic AR will operate as a separate business entity and will continue to be led by Kevin Winkley, the founder and CEO of Strategic AR.
