  • Steven Landers, MD, has nearly two decades of experience as a physician, executive and public health policy advocate. As the first CEO of the National Alliance for Care at Home, he is dedicated to advancing home- and community-based care for aging Americans.

    A board-certified physician in family medicine, geriatric medicine and hospice and palliative medicine, Landers emphasizes the importance of compassionate and cost-effective care.

    Landers graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in political science from Indiana University. He was previously the director of homecare and hospice at Cleveland Clinic and CEO of Visiting Nurse Association Health Group, Inc.
