Lenny Verkhoglaz is the co-founder, president and CEO of Executive Care, a national home health care franchiser. His responsibilities include growing and strengthening Executive Care brand, improving the overall system, and satisfying franchisees and customers. In 2004, Verkhoglaz and his wife Mila co-founded Executive Care, which has become one of the largest private-pay home health care companies in New Jersey. Before founding Executive Care, Verkhoglaz spent nearly two decades in the health care and health insurance industries in a variety of senior management positions.
