  • Jennifer Kennedy is vice president of quality, standards and compliance at CHAP. She leads the CHAP compliance team and interacts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services about regulatory and quality issues. She has a doctorate in health care education and policy, a dual master’s degree in health education and case management, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

    Kimberly Skehan is vice president of accreditation at CHAP. She serves as a liaison for providers, fostering collaboration and communication with federal and state regulatory agencies to address industry challenges. She holds an AHCC-accredited home care coding specialist (HCS-D) certification and is a certified OASIS reviewer (COS-C). She has a bachelor’s in nursing and a master’s in nursing administration.
