Ennoble Care Welcomes Chief Managed Care Officer & General Counsel
ARLINGTON, Virginia—Home-based primary, palliative and hospice care provider Ennoble Care, has added two senior leaders to its executive team. Marc Hudak joins as chief managed care officer and president of health plans, overseeing the company’s managed care strategy, and Ashley Lunkenheimer joins as general counsel and chief compliance officer, leading Ennoble Care’s legal, regulatory, public policy and compliance functions.
Together, these hires will help Ennoble Care deepen partnerships and build the infrastructure needed to expand home-based care across the healthcare ecosystem, the company said in a news release.
“Our patients are among the most medically complex in Medicare, and providing personalized, compassionate care for them in the comfort of their homes takes a seasoned team with an entrepreneurial mindset,” said Kush Das, cofounder and CEO of Ennoble Care. “Marc and Ashley bring decades of experience and proven leadership in their fields, and we are excited to have them join our team in making a real difference in the lives of homebound patients.”
Hudak previously served as chief growth officer at Longevity Health, where he helped scale a national value-based Medicare Advantage and senior living platform across more than 17 states. Earlier in his career, he held executive and transformational leadership roles at Evolent Health, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, and Cigna, where he helped grow value-based care to more than 100 ACOs and led businesses serving hundreds of thousands of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial members. He currently serves on the President’s Council at Hope Health Hospice and Palliative Care as well as the Board of Trustees at Mason Preparatory School.
Lunkenheimer joins Ennoble Care with nearly 25 years of legal experience spanning public service, healthcare law, and civic leadership. As a former federal prosecutor and healthcare attorney who has worked on both the payer and provider sides of the industry, she will lead Ennoble Care’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. Lunkenheimer previously served as vice president and deputy general counsel at AmeriHealth Caritas and spent nearly a decade as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, handling both criminal and civil healthcare cases. Beyond Ennoble Care, Lunkenheimer chairs the Delaware County Board of Elections and is a member of the Philadelphia Sisters, a group that has helped bring major women’s professional sports initiatives to Philadelphia.
