CONCORD, New Hampshire—Granite VNA honored Alicia Dyment of Boscawen, New Hampshire with the peer-nominated Living Our Values Award during the agency’s annual employee appreciation event in Hooksett, N.H. Dyment has been with the agency since 2011 and has served as human resources generalist since 2024.
Each year, Granite VNA invites employees to nominate a colleague who they believe best demonstrates the organization’s core values of respect, compassion, culture of excellence, leadership and stewardship in his or her actions among peers and with patients, families, community members, donors and volunteers.
“Alicia is an incredibly warm and welcoming ambassador for Granite VNA who lives our agency values each and every day,” said Granite VNA President and CEO Jim Culhane. “She is a compassionate, respectful, team player who constantly puts others first. She reminds us that providing exceptional care to the patients and families we serve begins with caring for each other within our organization”

She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources administration from Granite State College (now University of New Hampshire College of Professional Studies) and an associate’s degree in graphic design and printing technology from Lakes Region Community College, Laconia.
