In this executive role, Battista will look to spearhead the company’s national growth strategy, scale its partnership ecosystem and help homecare agencies maximize operational efficiency through specialized offshore staffing solutions.

Battista brings nearly 20 years of dedicated experience within the homecare sector. Most recently, she served as the chief operating officer of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), a national trade association representing more than 4,400 homecare organizations. Throughout her distinguished career, including prior executive leadership at the Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA), Battista has worked directly with homecare agencies across the United States, providing them with the advocacy, tools and strategic insights needed to build, grow and scale their businesses.
