WellSky Announces New Point-of-Care Mobile App

OVERLAND PARK, Kansas—WellSky announced the WellSky Point of Care app for Home Health—a new mobile-first native application that the company said supports clinicians with AI-driven insights at every step of the home health visit and moves all point of care workflows onto the clinician’s phone or tablet. The app is connected to, and informed by, the full patient record within the WellSky Home Health platform, and is included for all current WellSky Home Health electronic health record clients.

The company said the app builds on the rapid adoption and success of WellSky Scribe, an AI-powered documentation capability that the company said is reducing charting time by up to 50% across more than 400 home health agencies and was recently named the 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Award winner for Home Healthcare Innovation. The WellSky Point of Care app, which includes WellSky Scribe, carries that AI foundation across the entire care episode, harnessing the clinical dataset to deliver a clinician-specific mobile experience shaped around the patient’s care journey.
