  • Cris Toscano is practice president of skilled nursing at BAYADA Home Health Care. She was a hospital volunteer starting at age 12, and she began her BAYADA career as a new college graduate more than 28 years ago. Since then, Toscano has been promoted in responsibility from staff supervisor to director, area director, division director, and practice leader. She serves on the board of directors of the Feeding Tube Foundation, an organization dedicated to research, advocacy, education and patient-and-family-centered support that improves the lives of people facing the challenges of feeding tube dependency. She earned an MHA in health/health care administration/management from Seton Hall University and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.

    Kathy Pfeiffer, RN, BSN, is division director of skilled clinical operations at BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit provider of full-spectrum specialty care services. Pfeiffer brings a wealth of experience in home health care, beginning her BAYADA career in 1997 as a pediatric nurse and moving through the ranks as director of pediatric quality assurance and director of clinical operations before assuming her current role. Her long list of accomplishments includes co-authoring numerous clinical quality policies, serving as clinical liaison to our enterprise payer strategy team, and close collaboration with our clinical counsel to maintain a high-quality continuum of care.
