Arcadia Resources has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange. As of press time, the company was scheduled to begin trading on the Amex July 3 and said it will notify shareholders of its new trading symbol as soon as it becomes available.
Arcadia, which provides home care and staffing services, mail order pharmacy and DME, has made more than 20 acquisitions within the past two years. The company reported $105.3 million in revenues in 2005.
