Advanced Diabetes Supply Announces Senior Vice President of Operations Appointment

CARLSBAD, California—Advanced Diabetes Supply (ADS), a national distributor of specialized diabetes supplies, has announced a new leadership appointment. Blair Baldwin joins the company as the new senior vice president of operations. The announcement was made by ADS CEO Bill Mixon.

Baldwin’s career is distinguished by a blend of leadership development, customer service operations expertise, technology acumen and strategic sales experience. He is adept at ensuring quality rigor and methodologies to re-engineer business practices, leveraging his Black Belt (Six Sigma) certification to drive operational excellence. Baldwin has led omni-channel contact strategies across diverse lines of business, managing annual contact volumes exceeding 2 billion and has an extensive background in workforce management operations.

Baldwin most recently served as the vice president customer care and consumer experience for CareSource and held prior roles as vice president member care and vice president applied sciences at TDECU. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at General Electric and USAA, complemented by military experience in the US Army and academic achievements, including a bachelor of science in engineering management from West Point and a master’s in management of technology from Fairfield University.
