ResMed Inc. Announces Record Financial Results

SAN DIEGO (Oct. 24, 2013)—ResMed Inc. announced record results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 was $357.7 million, a 5 percent increase (a 4 percent increase on a constant currency basis) over the quarter ended September 30, 2012. For the quarter ended September 30, 2013, net income was $80.9 million, an increase of 14 percent compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2012. Diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 were $0.56, a 14 percent increase compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
