Home Care Medical, Inc. Receives WAMES HME Provider of the Year, WAMES Names New President

NEW BERLIN, Wis. (Sept. 20, 2013)—Home Care Medical, Inc.—one of Wisconsin’s largest providers of home infusion, enteral nutrition and hospice care, rehab technology, respiratory care, home medical equipment and supplies and bracing and compression garments—is pleased to accept the award of HME Provider of the Year from the Wisconsin Association of Medical Equipment Services (WAMES). Presented to Home Care Medical, Inc., during the WAMES 2013 Annual Convention in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., this is the second year in a row that Home Care Medical, Inc., has received this distinguished award.

WAMES represents the interests of its members towards the safe, efficient and ethical provision of Home Medical Equipment Services. During the WAMES Annual Convention, Jim Spellman, Home Care Medical, Inc., Director of Operations, was also named WAMES President for 2014. Spellman explains, “I am so proud to be able to represent our fellow Wisconsin home medical equipment companies and work to further WAMES legislative goals and strategic plans. I would also like to extend my thanks to Home Care Medical, Inc., for their support.”

– Jim Spellman, Director of Operations, received the Industry Excellence award for his efforts on the WAMES Legislative Committee.
– Donna Smith, Director of Respiratory Care, received the Industry Excellence award for her efforts on the WAMES Respiratory Committee.
