Feds’ Fraud and Abuse Efforts Recoup $4 Billion

WASHINGTON — A new report shows that the government’s
health care fraud prevention and enforcement efforts recovered more
than $4 billion in fiscal year 2010.

That’s the highest annual amount ever recovered from people who
attempted to defraud seniors and taxpayers, according to a release
