CHAD’s Serafino Pens New Novel

FRANKLIN, Tenn. — CHAD Therapeutic’s Len Serafino, vice
president of sales, has turned out his second book, this one a
novel called Back to Newark.

Serafino, who has spent 16 years in the HME industry, is also
the author of Sales Talk, which focuses on effective
communication skills. He has been a frequent contributor to
HomeCare as well, looking at many of the swift changes
that have shaken HME’s environment.

Set in Newark, N.J., where Serafino grew up, the new novel
follows an executive who suddenly finds himself in the unemployment
