This quarter, the summer release includes major enhancements to increase the communication between patient and provider by facilitating the delivery of post-service documents and receipts to patients via email. These emails can also be stored in the provider's EHR thereby providing a comprehensive audit trail of patient communications. The update also allows for new Brightree interoperability features that enable access to patient sales orders and records from within the Transport Manager dashboard.
Finally, Apacheta is making it easier for providers to service facilities with its new multi-order grouping workflow for TransportACE. The new facility workflow engine allows for multiple orders to be serviced within a single stop making servicing a facility a snap.
