(Jan. 8, 2015)—The owners of Dealer’s Medical Equipment Solutions Inc., with operating subsidiaries conducting business as Colorado Compressed Gases and High Point Service Center, has successfully completed the sale of its aggregate business entity in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Dealer’s Medical Equipment Solutions Inc. has been a medical equipment resource since 1999. The core business included the purchase, refurbishment and resale of used cryogenic oxygen equipment and the repackaging of medical oxygen for wholesale distribution. The business is also an off-site warranty service center for major original equipment manufacturers in the repair of medical oxygen concentrators and CPAP medical devices with a base of private and commercial medical clients. In addition, the owners expanded the core business in 2010 to include the sale of welding, safety and industrial gases through a small asset acquisition.
The new, private buyer has renamed the entity DME Solutions Inc., while continuing to use the DBAs Colorado Compressed Gases and High Point Service Center.The business transaction was successfully completed through the engagement of Compass Point Consultants LLC.
