WASHINGTON (August 7, 2014)—The American Association of Homecare (AAHomecare) and Brightree, announced today that Dave Cormack, Brightree president and CEO, has been elected to the AAHomecare Board of Directors.
Cormack has led Brightree since 2005. Under his direction the company has grown into the leading provider of clinical, billing and business management software solutions for the post-acute care industry. Cormack is a veteran health care software industry executive who has founded, built and managed several high-growth companies, both in the U.S. and internationally. He has more than 30 years of experience, including previous tenures as president and CEO of two start-up ventures that were acquired by NASDAQ-listed companies.

After the acquisition of Soft Systems by IQ Software, Dave served as senior vice president, worldwide operations for this NASDAQ-listed business.
